Alpha Beta Gamma Induction Ceremony Report

On July 31st, 2025, the Alpha Beta Gamma Sigma Chapter held its induction ceremony, welcoming 18 new members to the prestigious honor nursing society. The ceremony was graced by esteemed guests, including Prof. C. O. Sowunmi, Dean of Nursing, Babcock University, and Prof. Awodele, representing Deputy Vice President, Academics, Prof. Amanze.
Other notable attendees included Dr. Syl Ofosu Dwamena, Coordinator of the Sigma Africa Regional Chapters from Ghana, Dr. Clara Lawal, Prof. Joseph Aina, and numerous Sigma members. The ceremony was a grand success, with the new inductees being decorated with Sigma cords. During their induction, the new members pledged to uphold the values of Sigma and contribute meaningfully to the community.
